Property Advisors
Developinig and Project Managment
There are often issues that need attention once a new country property is purchased. To many owners this can be challenging. Understanding how to best manage a county house often needs input from external advisors.
I help you choose the best way to undertake extensions and alterations, lanscaping, garden design and other related projects.
Working closley with chosen professionals I help create the beautiful home you desire.
Selecting planning consultants, architects, landscape architects, interior designers, fencing specialists and contractors can be challenging.
My role is to help with this task.
I am not an estate agent or property search agent, I am the person you look to once the property has been found and bought.
“William is the one-stop-shop for our self-build future home in Oxford. His long and distinguished background in blue-chip agency and development allows him to offer first class advice across the property spectrum. William found a suitable site matching our brief, acquired it on our behalf, helped us to appoint architects and other advisers, introduced a local planning consultant and will, we hope, be alongside us when we celebrate the completion of our new home. His network of property contacts is impressive, whether the requirement is for a rural masterplan or just somebody to clear those sheds. William is instantly likeable and approachable, wearing his considerable expertise with great modesty. His can-do attitude has given us the confidence to pursue our once-in-a-lifetime property project with William by our side.”

"Harries Property Advisors helped us with the negotiation on our apartment purchase in central London. They were instrumental in making sure we secured the best price, were aware of all the outstanding issues with the property and supported us throughout the process from start to finish."

William Harries
Having worked in the residential property market for many years I have seen huge change across the sector, a market that moves a lot faster than when I started and for the best houses is hugely competitive with many prime properties being purchased "off market" by specialist property search agents.
My role is helping clients once the proeprty has been purchased. I am not an estate agent nor a property search agent.
My property background is significant having worked in the sector for over 26 years. I have considerable knowledge of the residential market, planning process, and managing projects.
My objective is to help clients put together an appropiate team of advisors to help with the transition to countryhouse ownership.
